Note in a Bottle

A simple but fun addition to a mod concept of mine. We've all seen the trope of messages in bottles floating up on shores, so I decided to add just that- it's a pirate-themed project, it'd fit quite well!

When you break it open, you could get a couple things, including paper, treasure maps, or even a rare enchanted scrap! It has enchantments scrawled on, but they're too torn to use.... perhaps they could be repaired somehow?
