Scourer

Deep in the sticky hard candy caverns, amongst the sour rocks, unwitting explorers may be so unfortunate as to encounter this beast. An eerie, cyclopean beast with a skull-like head that hovers midair. It sports a jaw of pointed teeth and bony fingers with wicked claws ready to slice anything in its path.

Another mob for my candy project, this one a lot more spooky. I wanted to go for a sort of goofy skull look, hence the exaggerated cheekbones and teeth. It's a hostile monster made of green sour hard candy, that floats around and uses its claws to attack players. A bonus aspect to its design is how its eyes are concave, meaning that they always appear to stare at the viewer regardless of angle.
